Instructions for Authors
Prospective authors are requested to submit their manuscript following IEEE Conference format requirements (https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html). IEEE conference templates contain guidance text for composing and formatting conference papers. Please ensure that all guidance text is removed from your conference paper before submission to the conference. Manuscripts not conforming to the IEEE conference format requirements will be rejected without review. The papers must clearly state the objectives of the work, its significance in advancing the state of the art, and the methods and specific results in sufficient detail. The paper should not exceed the six-page limit.
A charge of 75,00 € per extra page, to be paid by the author or his institution, will be made for articles longer than six pages, total, including figures and appendices.
ALL INSTRUCTIONS TO FORMAT AND SUBMIT YOUR FINAL PAPER MUST BE CAREFULLY FOLLOWED. Deviation from these requirements will result in your paper being removed from the technical program.
When you have completed the final version of your paper using the IEEE template provided on the conference website and are ready to submit it, the following is a summary of the required steps:
Formatting: check that your paper meets the formatting specifications. Be sure to NOT INCLUDE the traditional IEEE copyright line on the bottom of the first page.

Conference registration: PowerTech 2025 requires every accepted paper to be linked to a FULL conference registration (i.e., not a student registration) by one of the paper authors. Up to two (2) papers can be linked to one full registration – the registrant must be an author on each paper.
Paper Submission: Follow this link.
IEEE COPYRIGHT: DO NOT INCLUDE the traditional copyright line on the bottom of the first page of the paper. IEEE will automatically insert this after you submit your final paper.
